CLEVELAND - Officials with the Cleveland Municipal School District have placed two staff members in the Transformation Management office on paid leave, pending the outcome of an independent investigation.

Acting on an anonymous tip of allegations of wrongdoing, CMSD officials said an outside agency is looking into the claims involving Strategic Implementation Officer, Renee Cavor, and Senior Linkage Coordinator, Timothy Roberts.

A news release didn't specify what the allegations were, but said "the district is committed to acting quickly and responsibly to allegations of wrongdoing at any level of service in the District."

School officials have only said the allegations do not involve students or parents.
