Cleveland Clinic opens new center this weekend

The Cleveland Clinic will unveil its newest health center to the public this weekend.

 

An open house will be held at the Richard E. Jacobs Health Center from 1p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3.

The center is located off of Lear Nagel Road near Interstate 90 in Avon.

 

The 190,000 square foot center cost $97.9 million to build. The center will employ 400 physicians, nurses and support staff when fully staffed.

 

The center will also be home to 30 specialty services, an on-site pharmacy and a large physical therapy area with two aquatic therapy pools.
