Earth Day Coalition presents the 15th annual Instrumental Evening for the Earth on Friday, November 9th from 6-9:30pm at the West Shore Unitarian Universalist Church in Rocky River. The evening will feature a candle-lit musical performance by Daniel McKelway and Lembi Veskimets of the world-famous Cleveland Orchestra, internationally renowned pianist Hyunsoon Whang, and additional Cleveland Orchestra members. The concert will be preceded by a gourmet local and sustainable food reception catered by Amp150, live auctions, and raffles. Our evening hosts include Bill O'Connell, Vice President/ Programming of WCLV 104.9 FM, and Tony Matusicky of Anthem Auctions.
Our annual fall benefit supports our "Sustainable Neighborhood Initiatives" which includes our year-round programming in Clean Transportation, Neighborhood Action, Student Environmental Leadership, and EarthFest.
