Father due in court for the death of 4 year old

AKRON, Ohio - A northeast Ohio father is expected in Akron Municipal Court Thursday morning after his 4-year-old son was shot in the head. it is still unclear on exactly what happen.

 

Terrance Allen, 49, was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, Felony Child Endangering, Weapons Under Disability and Tampering with Evidence following the fatal shooting death of his 4-year-old son, Jamarcus Allen.

 

The body of Jamarcus Allen was located in a Ford Taurus on Arlington and Davies Road around 10 a.m. Wednesday by a Summit County Sheriff's Deputy.

 

Allen's father was arrested at the scene. A bullet hole was found through the roof  of the car.

 

The specifics of the fatal shooting have not been released at this time.

Akron police continue to investigate
