Cleveland will be hit hard today with snow
Wednesday’s snowstorm is already affecting flights at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, causing some people to move up their holiday travel plans.
By Tuesday evening, United Airlines had already cancelled 60 percent of its flights beginning at noon on Wednesday.
Many passengers who were scheduled to fly out ofHopkinsairport on Wednesday changed their travel plans for a day earlier to avoid a big snowstorm that’s expected to cripple air travel.
Because of the blizzard, United and other airlines are waiving their fees for passengers to change their flights.
Passengers are encouraged to check with their airline before leaving for the airport on Wednesday.
