The court administrator says the off day is due to a death in an attorney's family. Jury selection resumes Wednesday.

Jury selection entered its third week Monday with a new group of about 12 prospective jurors facing questions on their views on the death penalty. At least 77 prospective jurors have been cleared for a second round of general interviews.
