Two dead in parking lot

CLEVELAND - Cleveland police have responded to the employee parking lot of Cleveland Hopkins International Airport for a shooting.

Hopkins Airport Director Ricky Smith released this statement:

"At approximately 11:28 a.m. this morning, Cleveland Police responded to shooting at the Riveredge Employee Parking lot, a remote parking lot. Police found two individuals, a male and female. Female victim was transported to Metro hospital. The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. We extend our heartful condolences to the families."

The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office confirms two people have died.
