Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday (12/5/2012) at 7 p.m., featuring the River Valley Bell Ringers lighting of the large pine tree in front of the church, caroling, and hot chocolate.
Bowling Celebration, Roseland Lanes,26383 Broadway Road,Oakwood,Ohio, on Saturday (12/8/2012) at 4:30 p.m. Fee $8.
Women’s Christmas Holiday Fellowship on Monday (12/10/2012) at 6:45 p.m.

First Community Missionary Baptist Church, 7004 Wade Park Avenue, will have “Three Nights of Word and Worship” service on January 9th, 10th and 11th, 2013. Services begin at 7 p.m. each night with the guest evangelists: Rev. Dr. Carl Small, pastor of the Second Baptist Church of Elyria, Ohio, and Rev. Dr. Tellis J. Chapman, pastor of the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church of Detroit, Michigan. Reverend Small seeks to minister to the total person, a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural ministry impacting the world in which we live with the uncompromising message of Jesus Christ. Reverend Chapman is a very dynamic individual and one of the more charismatic leaders and devoted Baptist ministers in the Greater Metropolitan Detroit area. He also serves in the capacity of president of the Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention of Michigan and Board of Directors of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Please come out and share in these uplifting experiences. We will also have guest musical personalities each night.
