SATURDAY

Liberty Hill Baptist Church presents Home for the Holidays. Events include:

Community Christmas Dinner on Saturday (12/15/2012) at 11 a.m. Families and friends in the community are invited to attend.  Holiday on Wheels at Pla-Mor Roller Rink,22466 Shore Center Drive,Euclid.  Reservations required. $4 Fee. $2 Skate rental. 

SUNDAY

Fresh Wind Ministry will have their regular service with Pastor Brad A. Pratt bringing forth the word of God. The service starts at 4 p.m. The congregation will be in their new location at7035 Lexington Avenue. For more information call (216) 659-3675.

New Freedom Ministries – The City of Refuge presents “Christmas in the City,” A Musical Celebration on Friday (12/21/2012) at 7 p.m. featuring Rev. Tonya Fields, pastor and national recording artist; The Voices of New Freedom; A Joyful Noise Children’s Choir; Rev. Janice Green; Liturgical Dance Ministry. The Mt. Olive Baptist Church, will present the 2012 production of The Gospel Nativity by Thurston W. Coleman, Carolyn W. Allen and Javon Miller which will open on Friday (12/21/2012) thru Saturday (12/22/2012). Performances will be held in The Mt. Olive Baptist Church Sanctuary, 3290 East 126th Street, between Kinsman Road and Abell Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, 44120. This production is directed by Thurston W. Coleman, with music direction by Kimberly Harris and Larry L. Harris, Jr. and Choreography by Pamela E. Corbin. For more information call: (216) 991–2830.

 

Love Center Church and the Voices of Love Center Choirs will have their annual end of the year concert Sunday (12/23/2012) at 3:30 p.m., featuring Christmas music, both traditional and contemporary, along with some gospel and hymns. James Sullivan will be the guest organist. Rev. Stefanie Cofield will be the guest composer and directress and Rev. Willie J. McCreary will serve as the master of ceremony. Elder Jonathan S. First Community Missionary Baptist Church, 7004 Wade Park Avenue, will have “Three Nights of Word and Worship” service on January 9th, 10th and 11th, 2013. Services begin at 7 p.m. each night with the guest evangelists: Rev. Dr. Carl Small, pastor of the Second Baptist Church of Elyria, Ohio, and Rev. Dr. Tellis J. Chapman, pastor of the Galilee Missionary Baptist Church of Detroit, Michigan. Reverend Small seeks to minister to the total person, a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural ministry impacting the world in which we live with the uncompromising message of Jesus Christ. Reverend Chapman is a very dynamic individual and one of the more charismatic leaders and devoted Baptist ministers in the Greater Metropolitan Detroit area.  He also serves in the capacity of president of the Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention of Michigan and Board of Directors of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.  Please come out and share in these uplifting experiences.  We will also have guest musical personalities each night.
