SUNDAY
Fresh Wind Ministry will have their regular service on Sunday on (6/12/2011) with Pastor Brad A. Pratt bringing forth the word of God. The church service starts at 4 p.m. The church will be in their new location at 7035 Superior Ave. For more information call (216) 659-3675.
Euclid Avenue Congregational Church UCC, under the leadership of Pastor Rev. Courtney Clayton Jenkins is holding their regular Sunday worship services, Sunday (6/12/2011) at First United Methodist Church, 3000 Euclid Avenue and East 30th Street. Service starts at 10 a.m.
Ebenezer Assembly of Christ will have their Women’s Day celebration Sunday, (6/12/2011) at 4:30 p.m. This years theme: “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God” with guest speaker Evangelist Jacquie Nixon. The church is located at 15209 Florida Avenue.
Franklin Circle Christian Church will HAVE an Outdoor Worship Service as well as a potluck picnic following (6/12/2011) from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Folks are invited to bring their pets, especially their dogs, for a blessing during the worship service and a “pooch parade” during the picnic. The church is located at 1688 Fulton Road. There is no charge but participants are invited to bring a dish to share that represents their ethnic or cultural heritage. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided. The National Black Catholic Congress XI will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana (7/19-22/2012) The National Black Catholic Congress is attended by representatives from arch/dioceses around the country every five years.  The 10th Congress was held in July 2007 in Buffalo, New York.  This Congress was attended by over 2000 adults and youth.  Many of the participants came back to their arch/dioceses energized and empowered from the spirit-filled liturgies, the informative and inspirational workshops and presentations.
