Tribe fans have a lot to boo about. Trouble is, no matter which team you boo, the Indians still come out losers.

In their recent chase to secure a wild-card spot, the Indians have had to watch the outcome of another baseball battle to see just how their season would come out.

The reigning AL Central champions, the Detroit Tigers and the Oakland A’s have been going at it and each loss, by either team helps the indians’ chances of advancing into the playoffs.

Bad part is that whomever wins, their win also hurts the Indians’ chances of getting in. So, they are stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment. Oakland beat the Tigers last night, giving them a four game edge over the Indians for the second wild-card spot. Detroit holds a 5 ½ game lead over the Indians and they don’t seem to be letting go of it any time soon.

The Baltimore Orioles are also gaining ground in the wild-card race and are only ½ game behind the Indians in the hunt.

The Tribe loss to Atlanta last night, 3-2, on a walk-off single in the ninth off of the bat of Chris Johnson., dropping their win-loss record for the season to 71-61.

The Tribe and the Braves go at it tonight at 7:10pm.
