This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser! It can be used for everything from a brunch to Sunday dinner! It’s great for those times when you need to take a “covered dish” for potluck at the office, or a dinner party! Or if you just want to do potatoes but don’t want the traditional “mashed potatoes” add a different twist to family dinner and have a cheesy potato casserole instead. This recipe is kid and adult friendly and will be a “Hit” every time!!!

Cheesy Potato Casserole

• 2 Boxes Shredded Ore Ida Potato

• 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

• 1 Cup of Sour Cream

• 1 Cup Chopped Onions

• 1 Stick of Butter

• 4 Cups Shredded Cheese

• Season with salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and bake for one (1) hour at 350 degrees. You can also make a bread crumb topping for your casserole if desired.

Bread Crumb Topping

• 1 ½ cups of bread crumbs

• 1 stick of melted butter

Mix together bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle across the top of casserole and bake as directed above.
