The Cleveland Division of Police Homicide Unit is currently seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspects seen in these photos and video. These males are wanted for Aggravated Murder in the shooting death of 47 year old Brian Glenn Montgomery on Sunday, August 17, 2014. Mr. Montgomery was in the parking lot of a store in the 8800 block of Superior Avenue with his son at approximately 1:00pm when they were approached by the two suspects who fired upon them.

Mr. Montgomery sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the shooting and was pronounced dead at MetroHealth Medical center. His 19 year old son was shot in the leg and treated at MetroHealth Medical Center.

The suspects are described as black males, aged 20-30. One suspect is slender build wearing a red Old Navy hooded sweatshirt with white lettering, white tennis shoes, light blue jeans and wearing his light brown hair in a bun on top of his head. The second suspect is medium build, a black or blue hooded sweatshirt, a gray or green baseball cap, tan cargo shorts and black tennis shoes.
