On May 31, 2014 Transitional Housing Inc. (THI) will host their Fifth Annual Run/Walk for Home 5K at the Cleveland MetroParks Zoo. This event has something for everyone including a race-certified 5K run followed by a family-friendly 5K walk throughout the Zoo. Participants are welcome to stay and enjoy the Zoo and Rainforest as event participation includes admission to both for the entire day. Event also includes continental breakfast, entertainment and adult race t-shirts.

Whether you are an avid runner, a family looking for a f,.:m outing or someone looking for a unique way to give back to your community, the Run/Walk for Home 5K is an event not to be missed! Event participation is only $25/individual or $60/family of four (two adults and two children ages 2-12, each additional child is

$10). Be sure to register before race day to get the best value as prices increase to $30/individual and

$70/family on race day. Registration begins at 7:30am, 5K Run begins at 8:30am, and 5K Family Walk begins at 9:00am.

ABOUT TRANSITIONAL HOUSING INC.

Transitional Housing Inc. (THI) is located on West 25th in Ohio City and has been in operation since 1986 when it was founded by four nuns from St. Joseph's Congregation. THI provides homeless individuals and families in Cuyahoga County with permanent, lifelong solutions to increase self-sufficiency and independence. This is realized through safe, affordable housing; client-centered, comprehensive case management; and supportive services including life management, workforce training, fmancialliteracy and family and individual programs. In the past 28 years THI has helped over 3,000 individuals heal, learn, grow and reach their highest level of independence.
