King honored in Florida

Global Peace Advocate, iconic boxing prompter and Call & Post Publisher Don King was among the Black History Month honorees at the “Unsung Heroes” event hosted by Palm Beach County District 7 Commissioner Priscilla A. Taylor in West Palm Beach, FL recently.

The event held at the Jane M. Thompson Memorial Chamber paid tribute to African Americans that make up the rich fabric of Palm Beach County who have stepped up to the call of duty, broke color barriers or quietly made their communities better one person at a time.
