WBC LIFETIME AWARD FOR DON KING
Flamboyant and innovative promoter Don King, has been presented with a Lifetime Award by the WBC at its fifty fourth Convention.
Don King who's now a resident of Florida, was energized by the award. He said: "It's amazing and hard to find the words to describe. I am humbled by it. My heart rejoices.
"To see all of these boxers and them mixing and mingling amongst themselves, rising above the fray and having faith in God, just gives me joy. Hey it's a lifetime award, but life is still for the living!"
Mr King was more than busy, welcoming fans seeking photos and autographs!
