Uggg…Cavs routed

The much anticipated NBA Finals trilogy turned out to be a Cavaliers tragedy as the defending NBA champions committed 20 plus turnovers and never gave themselves a chance in Game 1 of the trifecta.

Golden State Warriors coveted off season acquisition Kevin Durant poured in a game high 38 and Steph Curry high stepped for 28 as the Cavs took one on the chin 113-90.

LeBron James led the Cavs with 28, Kryie Irving added a hard fought 24 and Kevin Love finished with 15 points and 21 rebounds. No other players for either team scored in double figures.

Cleveland had no answer for the Warriors post play and Durant was simply out of this world.

The Cavs will look to salvage Game 2 in Oakland on Sunday or else face a 0-2 hole when they return home on Wednesday.
