Now the time has come for this nation to fulfill its promise… “And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:23 My fellow Americans, a heartfelt, spiritually driven opinion: Senator Al Franken should not resign… The Christian moral pillars of America are forgiveness and giving a second chance…Based upon God’s eternal law of forgiveness…which is the divine light of Liberty which shines brightly upon America’s leadership role in democracy for the free world to see and in
The Christian moral pillars of America are forgiveness and giving a second chance…Based upon God’s eternal law of forgiveness…which is the divine light of Liberty which shines brightly upon America’s leadership role in democracy for the free world to see and in turn that’s what makes America great.
“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your father forgive your trespasses.” Matthew 6:14-15
Senator Al Franken’s resignation is not the answer, instead he should stay in the Senate and repent for trespasses and fight for woman’s equality, and woman’s inclusiveness, as equal to man, in the American body politic demanding the promise and the fulfillment of America’s founding principle’s: Liberty, Justice, Equality, Freedom and Peace, to the woman.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” John 1:9
Now that Senator Al Franken has confessed and apologized for his indiscretions and inappropriate sexual misconduct, Senator Al Franken should be “forgiven.” And to atone and repent for his egregious misbehaviors, he should rededicate himself and redouble his efforts towards helping the woman ascertain her God given rights (total emancipation and full equal citizenship) equal to man.
Stay the course, and fight the good fight for women’s rights! Total equality with man and full citizenship rights. Thus endowing the woman with the respect of being a perfect human being. Undoubtedly you can do much more for your atonement and repentance for your misconduct and bad behavior in the power of the Senate than you can powerless out of the Senate, by being a worthy, very strong, uncompromising senator advocate to right the wrongs and injustices done to woman-kind (womanhood) of which they are painfully suffering today.
If you are truly sorry for your misbehavior to woman, then show it to the women of America… Demonstrate your sorrow by staying the course and fighting to right the wrongs done to woman kind (womanhood) not only by your apologies, asking the forgiveness of your sins, repentance and redemption.
But, joining in the battle with President Trump for women’s Liberty, picking up the blood stained banner and leading the charge in the fight for women’s rights and women’s total equality with man (the white man).
American women and We the people, need your strong sense of character, accepting the blame for your misbehavior, apologizing and asking for forgiveness, rather than making excuses and pointing the fingers of blame to others, that’s a rare, honest and good quality of which other U. S. Senators seem to attest (agree with) too:
“Now it seems Franken’s vague language about when he would resign has opened the door for a handful of Democratic Senators to urge him, publicly and privately to stay on. I definitely think he should not resign,” said Sen. Joe Manchin III (D- West Virginia) in an interview on CNN explaining he thinks his colleagues rushed to judge Franken. Manchin said something similar in an interview with Politico, which reports at least two other Democratic Senators say privately “they regretted issuing statements that Franken should resign.”
“It’s definitely possible for Franken to change his mind if he wanted to, because he hasn’t actually resigned yet. He’s just said he plans to. The politics of Franken staying in office, though, is another story. A resignation speech isn’t the same thing as a resignation. A Senator’s resignation is not official until they submit a letter to their state’s governor announcing the resignation and the effective date.” Reported by the Washington Post
Again, Senator Al Franken don’t resign…and as a true measure of your sorrow and repentance stand up and fight for women’s rights in order to prevent the wrong injustices done to woman, rather than, trying to correct them (the wrongs done) after they have happened.
Who was murdered on Aug. 12, 2017 in Charlottesville Va. Who was killed while peacefully protesting against white supremacy hate and violence groups: White Supremacist, the KKK, White Nationalist, White NEO Nazis, White Alt. Right who were teaching and preaching white supremacy hate ideology.
To those Senators who might criticize your unresigning (to repent and atone for sin) to stand up and do the right thing for women.
Almighty God, we Americans humbly pray to you to bless us with a peaceful transition of government and that nobody gets hurt in the process. Heavenly Father, please bless us with the guidance, the direction and the ways and means in which we, as Americans, can unite and become ONE AMERICA…touching the heart of President Donald J. Trump and enabling him to fulfill his promise and commitment to be President to ALL THE PEOPLE, while Making America Great Again. I ask and pray in the name of Jesus Christ, My Lord and Savior….Amen!
