The Cleveland Browns’ struggles continued Sunday as they fall 23–9 to the Pittsburgh Steelers, extending their winless streak at Acrisure Stadium to 22 straight games.
Pittsburgh controlled the game from start to finish. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw for 235 yards and two touchdowns, while the Steelers’ defense held Cleveland without a touchdown — limiting them to three field goals.
Browns rookie QB Dillon Gabriel completed 29 of 52 passes for 221 yards but was sacked six times behind a struggling offensive line. Cleveland managed just 65 rushing yards, and receiver Harold Fannin Jr. was the lone bright spot with 81 receiving yards.
The Browns’ defense held early but broke in the second half as Rodgers connected on scoring strikes to Conner Heyward and DK Metcalf.
Now 1–5, the Browns return home next week to face the Miami Dolphins in what’s shaping up as a must-win game.
