CLEVELAND, Ohio – An 18-year-old man was shot and killed over the weekend in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood, authorities confirmed.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Ricky Dionte Walker, a Cleveland resident.
According to officials, Walker was found with fatal gunshot wounds in the 2100 block of East 55th Street on Saturday. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.
Cleveland police have launched a homicide investigation, but no arrests have been announced as of yet. Investigators have not released details about what may have led to the shooting.
