Min. Dale Edwards Executive Director Call and Post
Cleveland, Ohio — The countdown to Election Day is on, and voters in Cuyahoga County don’t have to wait until November 4 to make their voices heard. Early in-person voting officially begins Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections’ new headquarters at 1803 Superior Avenue, giving residents nearly a month to cast their ballots ahead of Election Day.
Election officials say the new location offers more space, better access, and improved parking to handle the thousands of voters who prefer to vote early. “We want to make this process as smooth and accessible as possible,” said Anthony Perlatti, director of the Board of Elections.
Under Ohio law, voters must bring valid photo ID such as an Ohio driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, military ID, or Veterans Affairs card. Absentee ballots are also being mailed and can be returned by mail or dropped into secure ballot boxes by November 3.
